“I felt gratitude … it’s a very caring generous environment. The immensity of the seeds, there is the history of the whole planet in these seeds… that astounds me!  I’m not a mother so I can’t imagine what it is like to have a child come from a seed, that is extraordinary. You cant believe that even giant trees come from that… talk about the mystery of life! It’s like garden meditation… It’s fabulous!” -Participant 2016

“I visualized the experience of the produce that came from that plant and took that concept into me by valuing that seed and visualizing the vitality coming through my system from the produce. So that the reflection of benefiting from the actual seeds ongoing growth… and came to that cycle… the whole expansion of growth…” -Participant 2016
