Spring Eco-Art workshop will guide you gently through this Spring activity which involves a horticultural activity, deep connecting with Nature and creative expression. We use sensory connections with Natures natural cycles of seasons to address deeper yearnings, underlying issues and work with Nature and all the season offers.
The nature-connecting experience may provide:
Each season has its unique pattern of action, animals and plants change habits according to seasons. We use sensory connections with Nature with the seasons to address deeper yearnings and underlying issues. This Workshop has proven to be useful after a healing to gain deeper insights through nature connecting and creative expression.
Day/Time:
Suitability: Adults
Location: Backyard and Indoor home studio- Glen Eira district, Melbourne, Australia.
Inclusions: All art materials and appropriate worksheets
Fee: (Cash or cheque)

Methods include: Applied Ecopsychology, horticultural activities, Art techniques, play, mindfulness and visualization.
