Eco-Art Therapy combines ecopsychology and traditional art-therapy.
Ecopsychology studies the relationships between human beings and the natural world through ecological and psychological methods.
A guided eco-art process provides an opportunity for non-verbal expression, relaxation, transformation and healing as we mindfully relate with natures gifts through creative expression.
Workshops are conducted with nature and tailored to the intent of individual or group.
Collaborations are welcomed with other artists, art-therapists, and creatives.
Eco-art practices tap into our sensory, innate creativity, flowing through our body. No art experience is needed, in fact it can be advantageous to have no experience or formal art training blocking our creativity with reasoning and logic.

"As soon as I started studying Eco-Art, I noticed different perspectives and creative expression offer methods of seeing and healing. Over the weeks I realized that with the tailored exercises I could reach greater depth to see situations, both current and lifelong, with a self-compassionate and non-judgmental, more universal mindful perspective to aid my healing processes." - Eco-Art student reflection (2017)
"I am a recent student of Eco Art Therapy (2018-19) and have had the great fortune to be mentored by Deb during the course. I love working with Deb who has a wealth of experience and expertise. She facilitates Ecopsychology workshops with an inspiring deep listening and consciousness. I am deeply honoured to be working together with Deb on some projects and co-facilitating with her and I am continually learning on this journey. Thank you so much Deb for your part in this. I feel deep respect, love, reconnecting and remembering our connection with nature and the Earth our home with all its wisdom is vital for us all." - Karen Hopkins, artist (August, 2019)
